Henrik:  What we are talking about here is basically the stupid majority actually…and I just wonder what it is in the psyche of the majority at least of this unwillingness to go there, to even question, to even contemplate on the idea that there might be something more here, there might be something bigger around us. It’s sad, isn’t it?

Colin: Yeah it absolutely is…You put it very well and it raises this issue…in politics. It’s not per se what it is we’re talking about, but everything is politics, everything is politics. And there are, we’ll call a segment of society that feels very uneasy if they don’t understand something, if they can’t evaluate through terms of their own reality. There is no single reality which is reflected and understood and I think fully comprehended or accepted by each of us. What we see inside of our own mind, through our eyes as reality you can be absolutely sure is not what the guy who sat next to you is seeing as reality…

What I’ve been immersed in here in the United States…what I see here in my own family are people who I love, people who I enjoy, people who I believe I understand—until we talk politics. And here I can lay out absolute facts, and it is perceived in one particular way if they are Republican in their political bent, and a completely different way—same information, same information—completely differently if they are a Democrat.

And so what I’ve begun to see, which seems to me to be almost unresolvable is… what we’ve got here, we may have to accept that we have been formulated in being seeded onto this planet, with a genetic predisposition, a predisposition in our DNA that separated two factions… one will see it differently to the other. And it may be that we are pre-seeded to do just that. In other words, we are much easier to control, on somebody else’s design…
if we are left divided…

It’s not my job and it’s never been my desire to try and force my point-of-view on anybody…It is not my job to convince anybody of anything. We are all on our own journey, and all I am doing is sharing my journey with you.

Henrik: We need a certain level of communication and sharing of perspectives I believe to learn new things and
to break out of this…genetic thing that we have in us. We’re clouded in that sense in how limited we are in our perspectives. And what you are saying there is extremely important about the polarization that we are seeing now, and that this is a tactic of course to divide and conquer people. People are suckered into these false dichotomies and they argue about the minute, most unimportant details, when we’re letting the bigger
picture escape us basically…
